Well i would like to give the answers.
1-How you deliver products?
When we get order online from any customers located in Pakistan we offers them two services. 1-Cash on delivery . 2-Second Advance payment.
On cash delivery we agree with customers to make a payment when they will get products they can pay to courier then courier send payment to our account.
2-How do you get payments?
Second if customers agree to pay advance we give them free home delivery. We keep the customer payment in our custody until the product deliver to him. When he/she will get the product we will withdraw the payment.
3-if some one don't pay what you do?
Third if some one order and he don't pay us what we do?
well the courier returns the products to us or couriers informs us that the customer don't agree to pay what to do so we tell them to return the products, in this case we brings back the order and same products offering to other customers in this case, we only pay 70 rs to courier which is bot big issue, But by the grace of God so far none of such a accident happened in the history of ehunza.com , Almighty God always privileged us with positive people across the Pakistan and across the world, which is called miracle in business when you start any thing with positive think you always meet positive people this is called law of universe nothing is perfect in the world but we believe our selves as pioneer to this business.
4-Who are the owners?
Well so far i am managing this portal with the help of few my friends, I have a team including developers and marketers around 23 same like minded students, who are performing the tasks online according to requirement. The portal is not for any individual person, what we want is to make a platform for every one so they can take owner ship. 5-How much do you sale?
Its depends on marketing actually we are not offering a regular consuming products which will sell on regulars bases we are promoting the cultural products which are depend on the customers orders. some times we get 5-10 orders per day but some times we have to wait for 5-6 days even for a single order.
Our beneficiaries are house hold small industries of embroidery production, dry fruit vendors, and other local vendors. to increase our sales we are struggling create innovative products with the mixture of culture and modern patterns according to international market requirement. Our target audience are mostly entrepreneurs who are willing to resell products by parching from us in the bulk form. we also offering products for cultural lovers.
6-How much profit do you gain?
Well its depend on the products incase of bulk order we only keep 5% profit. on single order we keep 15% profit by deducting delivery and other costs.
Now we are spending 80% of last two years profit on new website which will be launch soon on test basses, this is Big risk ever i made because we investing all the money plus time and energy with the help of seniors developers including some R&D persons.
7-Why are you doing such a stupid thing, people don't trust online?
First of all i am perusing my passion i am crazy but i am not stupid if we don't create any value for our society who will will create,its depend on us that how can we build the online trust so far every thing is happened great we are getting alot of great responses from international based companies so we want to put all the efforts on the platform.
My Vision for My society.
Every one should be able do their own business on ehunza.com they must be able to sell their products internationally i don't want to any one to dependent for seasonable tourist flow for 3 months.
Every one should be able start their global business with zero investment.
